Clickbait is spinning words in a way that make the content sound very engaging and appealing when really it’s just very ordinary. When you as a digital marketer use clickbait on your articles it just ruins the company’s image. Luring the audience to click on your page for unbelievable content and displaying underwhelming material will actually ruin the chances you had for gaining that audience as potential customers. The best way to avoid this is to create good quality content and advertising it in a way that neither over sells nor under sells it.
